A Shared Space to Think, Learn, and Lead More Intentionally
Leadership grows and develops when leaders have space to reflect, ask better questions, and engage in honest conversation.
Julie Johnson Consulting’s Group Coaching Programs offer a dedicated space for leaders to explore real challenges, exchange perspectives, and strengthen how they show up in their roles. In small, coach-led groups that are carefully assembled, participants share, receive, listen, give, reflect and learn together.
These programs are structured yet spacious. They are designed for leaders who want to pause, gain clarity, and grow in the company of others doing the same.
What to Expect
A small, carefully formed group of 3-6 leaders that have something in common such as functional area, level of seniority, and/or coaching topic or goal. The structure supports focus, while still allowing room for what matters most to the group.
Programs typically include:
All participants are invited to bring their challenges and questions to the table. The coach facilitates a discussion where all can contribute so that each person can move forward with their own unique challenge.
What Leaders Explore
Each group brings its own focus, shaped by the participants, their roles, and the goals of the program.
For example:
While the content varies, the structure stays consistent. Each session offers time to reflect, share, and apply insight to real leadership moments. Participants often leave with more clarity in how they lead, stronger awareness of their patterns, and practical ideas they can carry into their work right away.
