Format and Rhythm
 
The coaching relationship is structured to support real-time leadership without adding
unnecessary complexity.

  • Programs typically run for 6 to 18 months, sometimes longer
  • Sessions can be held monthly, biweekly or at another agreed upon cadence, and take place virtually and/or in person
  • The pace and format are tailored to your schedule and preferences
  • Offsite strategic reflection days are available upon request
  • Stakeholder input or shadowing is available where useful
  • Support between sessions is available as needed
